1. What services do you offer?

• Fence Staining — flat-rate $499 for any standard-size fence (stain not included)
• Garage-Door Staining — $199 per double door (stain not included)
• Professional Prep / Pressure-Washing for wood surfaces — $249 add-on (see Q7 for DIY option)
• Concrete Pressure-Washing for driveways & front entrances — $149.

What’s included in the flat-rate price?

Labor, masking, and cleanup. You supply the stain (see Q5). Prep is optional—you can DIY (see Q7) or hire us for $249.

3. How do I estimate how much stain I need for my fence?

Use our 23 linear feet per gallon rule:
1. Measure total fence length.
2. Divide by 23 to get gallons needed.

Example: 150 ft ÷ 23 ≈ 6.5 → round up to 7 gallons.

4. How much stain for a garage door?

A standard double garage door uses about one gallon; a single door, roughly half a gallon.

5. Which stain brands and finishes do you recommend?

We exclusively recommend Cabot® stain. For Texas durability, we apply Solid or Semi-Solid finishes only.

6. Do you serve areas outside McKinney?

Yes—most of Collin County and North Dallas (within ~30 miles of McKinney). Just ask if you’re unsure.

7. Can I prep (clean) the fence myself?

Absolutely. Blast the wood with a hose fitted with a strong spray nozzle. For algae or heavy grime, scrub with a stiff brush and a bleach solution or a deck cleaner from Home Depot/Lowe’s. Let the wood dry 24 hrs before we arrive. If you’d rather skip the elbow grease, our pro prep service is $249.

8. How long will the job take?

• Average fence: 1 day (add 1 day if we’re doing prep)
• Garage door: ~2 hours
• Driveway wash: 1–2 hours

9. What if rain is in the forecast?

We watch the weather. If heavy rain is likely within 24 hrs of completion, we’ll reschedule at no cost to protect your finish.

10. What forms of payment do you accept, and when is it due?

Cash or personal check. No deposit needed—full payment is due upon completion after you’re thrilled with the results.

11. Do you guarantee your work?

Yes—every project comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty against peeling or uneven coverage (normal wear excluded).
